BYTORIVA is a digital system that converts a user’s mobile data usage into contribution value / BYTOR. The app processes usage data under specific technical conditions. BYTORIVA is not an investment service and does not guarantee returns.

2. Account Usage

• Users must log in with a verified Google account.
• Sharing, selling or allowing multiple people to use the same account is prohibited.
• The user is responsible for all actions taken through their account.
• BYTORIVA reserves the right to restrict or terminate accounts involved in multi-account use or suspicious activity.

3. Virtual Devices

Virtual devices are digital items that provide contribution multipliers for a limited time. BYTORIVA may modify multiplier values or durations depending on system dynamics. These devices are not investment products and do not guarantee future earnings.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are considered abuse of the system:

• Using VPN, proxy or similar tools to manipulate traffic
• Generating fake or artificial data usage
• Using bots, scripts or automation tools
• Trying to exploit application vulnerabilities

Violations may result in account restrictions, cancellation of devices or deletion of BYTOR balance.

5. Disclaimer

BYTORIVA does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Technical issues, maintenance work or third-party service outages may occur.

You agree to use the app “as is” and accept that BYTORIVA is not liable for events beyond its reasonable control.

No guarantees are made regarding the value, conversion rate or future economics of BYTOR.

6. Data Usage

Data processing practices and user rights are described in the Privacy Policy. By using the app, you agree to that Policy.

7. Changes to the Service

BYTORIVA may update contribution rates, multipliers, device features and system rules without prior notice. Updates take effect when published.

8. Account Termination

BYTORIVA may suspend or terminate accounts in cases such as:

• Fake usage or abuse attempts
• Violation of community rules
• Detected multi-account usage
